•View the PDF File A PRODUCT OF CRAFTMARK PRODUCT: ROLLMARK ROLLFORM PIPE MARKERS DESCRIPTION: A flexible, highly durable permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive pipe marker designed for use both indoor and outdoors. USE: For marking all varieties of pipe. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: Thickness: 125 microns (5Mils) plus or minus 10% including adhesive. Gloss:          Minimum 70o (60o Gardner gloss meter). Dimensional Stability: Excellent CHEMICAL PROPERTIES: Water Resistance: Excellent Chemical Resistance: Good resistance to most petroleum solvents and low aliphatic alcohols. SERVICE TEMPERATURE: -40oC (-40oF) to 80oC (176oF) Minimum application temperature: 2oC (36oF) EXPECTED EXTERIOR LIFE: Five (5) to six (6) years, vertical, Mid Continental United States. STORAGE STABILITY: Shelf life of two (2) years under conditions of 21oC (70oF) and 50% RH. COLORS AVAILABLE: Base Stock: Black, Blue, Green, Red, Silver, White, Yellow, and Clear. Inks: All PMS colors are available. COMPLIANCE: Meets or exceeds ASME (ANSI)A13.1-1996 Scheme for the Identification of Piping Systems when used as a complete marking system.
